Truly exceptional immaculately clean property, it has well-trained staff with a persistent member of staff over this. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant. The location is convenient and near a subway station. Every time in Madrid, I choose this place.

Swanky hotel with rooftop plunge pool
An gorgeous hotel! The rooftop terrace with its small plunge pool was a fantastic spot to relax with a bottle of wine. The breakfast had a great variety of foods and the staff was always helpful. My room had a luxurious bathroom with Rituals toiletries. Just be cautious of potential noise from the street.

Spacious rooms with excellent amenities.
I felt that the reception service was lacking. The breakfast options were disappointingly limited, especially for a hotel of this caliber. I noticed that the rooms were relatively small for the price, quite underwhelming compared to other options I've stayed in.

They offer rich breakfast with organic food, ritual products plus the healthy options in the restaurant.

The bathroom is spacious and very comfortable, especially the shower. The bed too, along with the pillows, are quite comfortable.
I didn't like the fact that they didn't clean/change the coffee cups I had used the day before. It could have been an oversight, cups were placed in their tray properly, dirty and with coffee residue. As for the TV, there was an occasional child protection notice. I understand that this may have been done or requested by the previous client. I was watching the same program for more than 30 minutes, after a few minutes this protection system jumped on the screen (i. e. it was not a catalogued program not recommended for children) and I could not continue watching it. TV thing is a minor detail, in order to seek excellence, you must check in the room that the TV is always reset with each client.

We loved exploring the Salamanca neighborhood with its lively streets like Goya and Velázquez, perfect for a family stroll. The hotel room was spacious, accommodating my brother and our family comfortably, and the breakfast spread was good.
For dads, it would be great to have a kids' play area.

I chose this hotel for location only as it was close to my business school.
- rooms are extremely small - heating was not working - hotel was very loud at night due to some music playing around - staff pay no attention despite repeated request to switch the music off - had to clean the room myself on number of occasions Overall, very very bad hotel!

Its location, cleanliness and nice look
It is not acceptable that a 4 star in the middle of Madrid does not serve dinners on a Sunday...
